Position Overview
We're seeking a skilled video editor to create high-performing video content for Meta ads. This is a freelance, project-based position with consistent weekly work availability.
Key Responsibilities

Create engaging video content optimized for Meta platforms using provided voiceover scripts
Source and integrate high-quality, relevant B-roll footage from online resources
Edit multiple versions of each video using different hooks
Deliver content according to scheduled deadlines
Maintain consistent brand voice and style across all videos
Adapt editing style based on performance metrics and feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in video editing and content creation
Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing capabilities
Proficiency in professional video editing software
Experience in sourcing and legally using stock footage
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects
Understanding of social media advertising best practices

Project Structure & Compensation

$15 per script
Each script includes 4 different hooks requiring separate edits
Weekly volume: 12-20 scripts (48-80 video variations)
Testing schedule: 3-4 times per week
Estimated weekly earnings: $180-300
