We are looking for a creative and skilled Reels Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with me to create engaging and visually appealing content for my Instagram account, @johnspeds. Our content style will be inspired by @kthustles, focusing on dynamic, motivational, and entrepreneurial-themed videos.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce high-quality, engaging Reels for Instagram.
Collaborate with me to brainstorm and develop video concepts.
Ensure videos align with the overall brand aesthetic and messaging.
Add dynamic text, effects, and transitions to enhance video appeal.
Optimize videos for maximum reach and engagement on Instagram.
Stay updated with the latest Instagram trends and best practices.
Manage and organize video files for easy access and future reference.
Requirements:

Proven experience in video editing, particularly for social media platforms like Instagram.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and the platform's algorithm.
