Video Editor For Fitness YouTube Channel

I run a faceless YouTube channel about fitness and I'm looking for someone who can edit videos for my channel.
I would provide you with the video script and a voice over and you would edit the video. You will be responsible for sourcing clips and images that match what the script is saying. You must be familiar with the fair use copyright law because you'll be needing to follow that closely. You must be knowledgeable to an extent about fitness since you will be finding clips that match up with the script. You will be required to make revisions as needed.
The length of the videos will be around 8-10 minutes each.
The payment will be a set amount for each video and I will provide bonuses and raises based on results and long-term partnership
