JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a skilled video editor with experience in AI-powered content creation? We’re hiring a Video Editor & Content Manager to oversee two YouTube channels, ensuring daily uploads for each.

Responsibilities:
- Use Claude.ai to generate scripts based on provided SOPs.
- Convert scripts into AI voiceovers using Eleven Labs.
- Edit videos using CapCut (or another editor if preferred).
- Upload finished videos to YouTube.
- Manage workflow, deadlines, and content pipeline across both channels.
- Use Trello to track tasks and maintain an efficient workflow.

Must-Haves:
? Fluent English & strong communication skills (written & verbal).
? Experience in video editing (CapCut preferred, but not required).
? Ability to follow an SOP to generate AI-assisted scripts.
? Strong understanding of YouTube content creation & optimization.
? Self-motivated & organized, capable of managing two channels with daily uploads.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Bonus!):
? Experience with Claude.ai and ChatGPT for script generation.
? Familiarity with Eleven Labs for AI voiceovers.
? Experience using Trello for workflow management.
? Knowledge of Leonardo.ai (or other AI tools for visuals).

Position Details:

???? KPI-Based – Pay is based on output and performance, not hourly rates.
???? Full-Time – Managing two YouTube channels with one upload per day on each.
