Video Editor & B-roll searcher

Dear Applicant,

We are a fast-growing Dutch dropshipping business aiming to hit 8 figures this year. We're expanding our team and are currently looking for a skilled Video Editor and B-Roll Finder to help us create engaging and high-converting video ads—specifically in the healthcare niche.

We will pay you for the first video as a trial. If it's a good fit, we’ll bring you on for consistent work.

Your main responsibility will be to create compelling video ads using provided materials and source effective B-roll where needed. You’ll help us bring our ads to life and generate results across platforms like Facebook.

Please answer the following questions if you're interested:

Do you have experience with video editing?

Are you familiar with Google Drive?

Can you work in an organized way and communicate clearly via Slack or WhatsApp?

Are you able to follow our creative strategy and structure?

Are you available for 6–8 hours a day, 5–6 days a week?

Requirements:

Proven experience in video editing (Must)

Ability to source and use B-roll effectively

Strong communication skills (Must)

Understanding of ad creatives (preferably in dropshipping or direct response)

Familiarity with editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)

Your Responsibilities:

Editing engaging video ads for our products in the healthcare space

Sourcing and organizing high-quality B-roll

Ensuring a smooth and timely editing process

Working closely with the creative team to match our ad strategy
