What You’ll Be Doing
• Editing scroll-stopping video ads for
• Using video clip footage, UGC, and overlays to build ads that tell a story
• Creating hooks that grab attention in the first 3 seconds of the video ad.
• Following a proven ad structure: Problem ? Agitate ? Solution ? Call-to-Action
• Collaborating with our media buying team to iterate and improve performance
You’re a Great Fit If You:
• Have edited direct-response video ads (not vlogs, not weddings, not YouTube skits)
• Understand how to emotionally connect with viewers through storytelling + structure and choose compelling video
clips that resonate with the consumer and tell a story that the consumer connects with.
• Know what makes a good hook and can build one from voiceover or visuals
• Can select strong b-roll to match captions and voiceovers
• Are resourceful — you know how to get it done with limited assets
• Love testing, tweaking, and beating previous ads
