Video Editor

We are looking for a video editor with a strong aesthetic eye and a deep understanding of hooks, engagement, and storytelling? Do you have experience creating high-performing Reels, short-form content, and YouTube videos? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
- Edit Reels & Short-Form Videos – Create high-energy, engaging Reels optimised for social media, with an understanding of hooks, pacing, and retention.
- YouTube Video Editing – Edit and format longer videos for YouTube, ensuring smooth transitions, engaging storytelling, and strong audience retention.
- Aesthetic-Driven Editing – Ensure all videos align with brand identity, maintaining a polished, visually appealing style.
- Incorporate Trends & Effects – Stay ahead of social media trends, integrating the latest effects, sounds, and transitions.
- Optimise for Engagement – Structure videos to capture attention quickly, keep viewers watching, and drive interaction.


Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in video editing (Reels, YouTube, short-form content).
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and audience retention strategies.
- Aesthetic eye – ability to craft visually compelling edits.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or equivalent software.
- Familiarity with social media trends, formats, and best practices.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):
- Motion graphics or animation experience.
- Subtitle and captioning experience.

Workload & Compensation:
Hours: 5 hours per week
Salary: 6,250 PHP per month / 2,886.85 PHP per fortnight
