FLY8MA is looking for a skilled remote video editor to help create engaging long-form YouTube videos and Shorts. This role requires experience with Premiere Pro, a fast internet connection, and the ability to edit directly within Dropbox so final revisions can be made easily.

Responsibilities:
Edit YouTube long-form videos and Shorts using Premiere Pro.
Work with raw footage and organize projects within Dropbox.
Create high-quality, high-CTR thumbnails and compelling video titles.
Add subtitles and captions for accessibility and engagement.
Research trending topics and video ideas to help grow our channels.
Assist in promoting new videos across our social media platforms.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Required).
Strong internet connection for smooth collaboration via Dropbox.
Experience with YouTube content editing and social media video strategies.
Thumbnail and title creation skills to maximize engagement.
Ability to deliver high-quality edits on time.
