Job Description:
As a Video Ads Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video ads specifically designed for paid advertising across various digital platforms. Your primary focus will be to enhance our brand’s visibility and drive customer engagement through engaging, story-driven video content. This role requires a detail-oriented video editor with experience in hospitality, a strong understanding of paid advertising strategies, and excellent research skills to stay up-to-date on trends and competitor strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce video ads that align with our campaign goals and brand voice.
• Create visually compelling video ads for paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor ads, and audience behavior to guide creative direction and stay relevant.
• Analyze ad performance data to continually improve video quality, targeting, and messaging.
• Ensure that video content aligns with our hospitality brand’s standards and creates an engaging customer experience.
• Edit and finalize video projects, adjusting for platform specifications and optimizing for engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Hospitality Industry: Knowledge of hospitality and an understanding of how to resonate with audiences in this sector.
• Proven Experience in Video Ad Creation: Portfolio of video ads developed for paid campaigns, especially on social media and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of Paid Advertising: Familiarity with the structure and requirements of paid ads on various digital platforms and how to tailor video content for conversions.
• Research Skills: Ability to perform thorough research on industry trends, competitor ads, and paid ad strategies to ensure our content remains competitive.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong sense of quality and consistency to maintain brand integrity across all video content.
• Adaptable and Resourceful: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to evaluate ad performance.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices related to video content.
