About Us:
Evolved Agents helps real estate agents generate leads and book meetings using online ads and virtual assistants. We specialize in running high-converting ads on Meta
What You’ll Be Doing:
– Editing 3-5 short video ads per week (30-90 seconds each) for YouTube and Meta ads.
– Optimizing video ads for engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
– Editing video ads for real estate agents using proven frameworks and provided examples.
– Creatively testing new editing methods to improve ad performance.
– (Later) Assisting with our social media content strategy: 1 long-form YouTube video + 5 Shorts per week (starting in Q3).
– Collaborating with a team of paid ad experts and receiving training on what works best for performance marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
– Experience editing paid video ads for Meta
– Strong understanding of engagement optimization and conversion-focused editing.
– Experience editing both short-form and long-form content.
– (Bonus) Knowledge of the real estate industry or past experience editing real estate ads.
– Passion for working with a 7-figure company and contributing to the growth of a media team.
