About the Position:
We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Veterinary Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the care and coordination of our patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both pets and their owners. Your primary focus will be overseeing patient appointments, coordinating treatments, and providing exceptional customer service in a veterinary clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer phone calls, and schedule and manage patient appointments.
-Coordinate follow-up appointments and procedures, including reminders for vaccinations and routine check-ups.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and concerns, and providing updates on their pets' care.
-Collaborate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
-Perform general office duties, including managing phone calls, and
-Provide exceptional customer service to clients, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both pets and their owners.
-Address and resolve client concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Requirements:
-US Veterinary Customer service is PREFERRED
-proficiency in veterinary practice management software
-Excellent Interpersonal Skills
-Strong phone etiquette
-Fluent in English
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Strong critical thinking abilities
-Professionalism
-Highly Trainable
Salary: starts at $6/hr, depending on experience and performance.
