About the Position:
We are seeking a experienced and detail-oriented Veterinary Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the care and coordination of our patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both pets and their owners. Your primary focus will be on overseeing patient appointments, coordinating treatments, and providing exceptional customer service in a veterinary clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer phone calls, schedule and manage patient appointments.
-Coordinate follow-up appointments and procedures, including reminders for vaccinations and routine check-ups.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing updates on their pets' care.
-Collaborate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
-Perform general office duties, including managing phone calls,
-Provide exceptional customer service to clients, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both pets and their owners.
-Address and resolve client concerns or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Requirements:
-US Veterinary Customer service is PREFERRED
-Willing to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Tuesday 8am - 6am Pacific Time
-eVetPractice EHR experience is a HUGE plus!?
-Excellent Interpersonal Skills
