We are looking for an experienced and highly detail-oriented Operations Virtual Assistant to join our team! Great Escapes Homes manages 27 vacation rental properties across 6 destinations in the U.S., specializing in providing luxury family-friendly stays for groups of 8-28 guests.

This role requires experience with OwnerRez, Asana, and Slack, excellent guest communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and proactive. Job Responsibilities
>> Guest Support & Communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, issues, and feedback via OTA platforms, email, phone, and text (OpenPhone)
- Provide clear, supportive, and factual property and policy information from our knowledge base
- Handle escalations and complaints with empathy while offering appropriate solutions
- Communicate with past guests regarding reviews, feedback, and post-stay concerns
>> Operations & Task Management
- Coordinate with local teams (cleaning, maintenance, house calls, and repairs) for scheduling services and resolving guest issues
- Create and track tasks in Asana for follow-ups and operational needs
- Use OwnerRez to manage reservations, guest communications, and issue resolutions
- Keep internal records updated and ensure all processes run smoothly
>> Team Collaboration
- Participate in weekly team video meetings and one-on-one operations check-ins
- Use Slack for real-time team updates and communication
- Maintain organized records in Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Outlook

Who We're Looking For
>> Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years experience in vacation rental operations or short-term rental management
- Experience using OwnerRez, Asana, and Slack (MUST HAVE)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed
- Fluent in written and spoken English (able to understand and respond to guest inquiries professionally)
- Excellent problem-solving skills to determine appropriate resolutions for guest issues
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies
- Comfortable using Outlook, OpenPhone, Google Drive, and Google Sheets

>> Home Office & Tech Requirements:
? Reliable, high-speed internet (fiber preferred)
? Dedicated workspace with quiet environment for answering calls and attending video meetings
? Desktop or laptop capable of running multiple programs simultaneously
