Job Title: Vacation Rental Operations Coordinator

Compensation: $5 - $6 per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Remote (Ability to work weekends preferred)

Start Date: We are looking to hire and begin onboarding for this position the start of March.

Hours/Week: 40-60 depending on the time of year.

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated Vacation Rental Operations Coordinator to join our team and help support various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Onboarding Management: Assist in the smooth onboarding of new properties and ensure all details are accurately captured in our systems.

Subcontractor Coordination & Dispatching: Manage and dispatch tasks to subcontractors to maintain quality and timely service.

Breezeway Photo & Quality Monitoring: Oversee the Breezeway platform to ensure property photos and quality standards meet our company’s benchmarks.

Property Inventory Management: Track and update property inventories, ensuring all items are accounted for and maintained.
Supply Order Placement: Order and manage supplies necessary for the upkeep and operation of properties.

Guest Communications: Monitor and manage overnight guest communications to promptly address any emergencies.
Home Costs & Billing: Input home-related costs for billing purposes and manage guest billing processes.

Expense Tracking: Maintain accurate records of property-related expenses.

Social Media Posting: Assist with creating and scheduling posts to promote properties and enhance our online presence.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with Breezeway, ClickUp, Microsoft Office, and Guesty is highly preferred.

Hospitality Experience:
Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with vacation rentals, is a large bonus.

Communication:
Excellent English fluency, both written and spoken, is vital.

Organizational Skills:
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Availability:
Willingness to work on weekends as needed.

Employment Requirements
Full-Time Commitment: This role is strictly full-time. We are seeking candidates who can dedicate themselves entirely to this position and are not engaged in full-time work with another company.

Exclusivity: We require that our Vacation Rental Operations Coordinator is not concurrently employed by another company, ensuring full focus on meeting the demands of this role.
