Nutritionist Virtual Assistant

***Must have mastery of English and some knowledge of medical terminology**


The nutritionist assistant position includes "LIVE SCRIBING" and has the goal of coordinating care for the nutritionist so that

The schedule is full and a minimum of 8-12 visits are completed daily done by ensuring all new patients have at least one visit and all visits have a follow up visit.

Ensuring co-pay is received.

Follow up on marketing leads in coordination with nutritionist.

The note is completed and billed for submission at the end of the day.

A visit summary is emailed to the patient

Communication between the nutritional services and the medical services.

Engaging social media audience & Coordinating weekly video content.

Facilitating occasional prior authorization- especially for weight loss / diabetes supplies.

Coordinating food offerings on the trailer such as recipes and online menu.

Directing payment for services as indicated.

Coordinating tasks for the Diabetes Prevention Program.
