Virtual Assistant – Client Communications, Research, Social Media, & Admin Support
We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Virtual Assistant to join our growing wedding marketing business team.
This is a full-time role.
The ideal person needs to be CLEAR ENGLISH SPEAKING

OUR BUSINESS:
We run a wedding marketing business that has a community attached to it. We teach wedding creatives how to run their own ads, how to scale their businesses and how to do much more. If you need more clarity, I will fill you in on this when we have our interview

Your main tasks that you need to excel in are client communications, customer service, research, scheduling, and social media management, with proficiency in platforms like ClickUp, Canva, and Skool.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)
- Manage our community - responding to messages
- Taking screenshots of results in our community,
- Respond to client inquiries via email and handle basic customer service across platforms.
- Follow set guidelines for interactions and escalate issues as needed.
- Prepare meeting notes for our meetings,
- Moderate meetings
- Conduct assigned research tasks.
- Manage workflows and schedules using ClickUp.
- Social Media Management
- Schedule, post, and manage interactions on Instagram.
- Organize and upload podcast content to Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
- Create and update marketing materials in Canva.
- Manage course-related content on Skool (preferred).
