We’re inviting a dedicated customer service professional to join our team of 30+ international remote members—with 20+ from the Philippines—and become an essential part of our 8-figure ecommerce company.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Handling Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to emails, SMS, and live chat messages, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Resolving Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, using empathy and attention to detail.
- Enhancing Processes: Collaborate with team members to streamline our customer service procedures and share insights with management.
- Supporting the Team: Participate actively in team meetings and huddles, including regular sessions with the CEO and other executives, to continuously improve our service quality.
- Documenting and Reporting: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to help drive future improvements.
- For all tasks and projects, you'll receive a comprehensive training program that includes personalized video tutorials, one-on-one coaching, and regular meetings with our management team. We’re committed to your growth and will provide all the support you need to become a confident and effective customer service champion.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Full-Time Availability: Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week.
- Reliable Internet: A fast and stable internet connection is essential.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must.
