IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

- Requires your FULL attention during your shift to manage cameras for video streaming
- Must login to shift on time
- Must be at a computer during your shift
- Must have good internet connection to be able to stream video
- Must send daily status report at beginning and end of shift


ABOUT VIEWLOGIES

Viewlogies is a video streaming platform that specializes in video streaming memorial services. We enable all people to view a funeral service even if they can’t be there in person.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You’ll remotely manage video cameras, monitor video streams, and work with other Customer Support people to help stay in touch with customers, and answer calls from customers.


MUST HAVE SKILLS

- English speaking
- English writing
- Google Docs
- Email
- CRM software
- Task management software
- Ability and willingness to learn new things

SHIFT HOURS

The number of shifts are TBD, but generally we are looking for team members who can work for for the following times:

- Shift 1 = TUE, WED, THU, FRI, SAT from 9am to 5pm U.S. PST (12am to 8am Manila)
- Shift 2 = MON, WED, THU, FRI, SAT from 9am to 5pm U.S. PST (12am to 8am Manila)
