VA for photographer+content creator (lead gen+content creation)

I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant for a part-time role. PLEASE read all of the description in detail to see if you are a good fit.

I’m a travel photographer and run multiple creative businesses, including two photo/video agencies—one focusing on weddings and the other on conferences and brand videos. Additionally, I work with another UGC creator.

I need someone who is motivated and hardworking who will perform outreach to secure gigs across these businesses. There will be a bonus commission for each gig secured, to increase your pay.
The ideal candidate should also have creative skills, especially in graphics creation using Canva, and experience managing social media platforms.

Requirements:
• Great English, capable of copywriting
• Willing to do cold DM/Email outreach
• Basic video editing in CapCut
• Experience in creating graphics, particularly with Canva
• Experience in managing social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn and Threads

General 4hr workday, example:
1st hour: Check in to see if any specific emails/admin work to do that day.
2nd hour: Content Creation and Scheduling
3rd and 4th Hour: DM/Email management
