Job Title: Virtual Assistant with WordPress & GoHighLevel Expert!

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time, Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant who is proficient in WordPress and GoHighLevel platforms to join our remote team. This role will support our ongoing projects by managing website updates, optimizing marketing campaigns, and enhancing our lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

WordPress Management:
Design, implement, and manage websites using WordPress.
Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet business requirements.
Ensure website functionality and perform regular updates and backups.
GoHighLevel Mastery:
Set up and manage CRM and marketing automation using GoHighLevel.
Create and optimize sales funnels and landing pages.
Manage client communication and workflow automation to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Administrative Support:
Perform routine administrative tasks including scheduling, email management, and database upkeep.
Assist with document preparation, reporting, and presentation creation.
Marketing and Lead Generation:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and lead generation.
Manage social media accounts and content creation.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to increase effectiveness.
Client Interaction:
Maintain professional interaction with clients via email, phone, or video calls to discuss updates and gather feedback.
Provide technical support and training on WordPress and GoHighLevel functionalities to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in WordPress website development and management.
In-depth knowledge of GoHighLevel, including CRM functionalities, funnel creation, and automation.
Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to new technologies and software.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Certifications in WordPress and GoHighLevel platforms.
Experience with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
