VA / Technical VA

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The VA / Technical VA supports our administrative and technical activities in an efficient, precise, and reliable manner. The role is instrumental in orchestrating the seamless operation of our digital platforms and our administrative and technical endeavours from behind the scenes. Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal) is required due to the technical nature of the role, client communications, and team collaboration requirements.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Tech and Automation Mastery: Provide stellar technical support, tackling software glitches and ensuring all systems operate without a hitch.
Responsible for setting up automations in Zapier, Go High Level, and Expandi, scraping data, setting up new domains and email inboxes, and occasionally creating software using no-code solutions.
Create and configure workflows in Zapier and Go High Level as needed and make sure Instantly, Facebook and Linkedin integrations are operating flawlessly.
Set up Google, Notion, Slack, Calendly, Instantly, Go High Level, Expandi, and Apollo.io accounts.
Setting up cold email campaigns using Instantly.ai & monitoring cold email campaigns
Working closely with the SDR (Sales development rep) to support their output.

Digital Architect: Manage and update websites / landing pages, CRMs, and other online platforms, ensuring they're always at peak performance.
Create and edit pages in Notion

Efficiency Guru: Automate and streamline processes, saving time and boosting productivity.
Collaboration Champion: Liaise virtually with team members, offering them a robust tech backbone for their projects.
Troubleshooting Prodigy: Become the go-to problem-solver for any technical hurdles that arise.
Fix automation and integration errors and problems

Data Defender:
Cleaning the lead lists using tools like MillionVerifier or Scrubby.io
Quality check setup of domains and inboxes, as well as Inbox management setup
Quality check setup of Instantly accounts
Scraping data using Apollo.io and other scraping methods
Scraping data from LinkedIn Sales Navigator using various tools

Innovation Enthusiast: Stay ahead of tech trends, bringing new tools and ideas to the table.

Organizational Wizard: Keep our schedules, files, and projects in perfect harmony.

Communication Liaison: Handle correspondence with flair, ensuring messages are delivered with clarity and professionalism.

Admin Virtuoso: Tackle administrative tasks with prowess, from data entry to creating reports.

Scheduling Savant: Master the art of calendar management, making sure every appointment and meeting is seamlessly coordinated.
