Role + Mission
As a Lead Qualification Representative, you will be the cornerstone of our acquisitions process, responsible for evaluating and qualifying incoming leads. This position is crucial in ensuring we pursue the most promising land opportunities and contributes significantly to the growth and success of our acquisitions department.

The ideal candidate is a driven, detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in lead qualification and relationship building. You are an excellent communicator with a “hunter-style” personality, thriving in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact the company’s success. You’re comfortable navigating potentially challenging situations and are motivated by the opportunity to grow into negotiation and closing roles.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Demonstrate exceptional phone skills to engage with potential sellers and gather crucial information
- Utilize and manage our CRM system to track leads, interactions, and property details
- Conduct thorough lead qualification, including online property research and map building
- Build strong relationships and trust with sellers through clear, empathetic communication
- Analyze property information to determine suitability for purchase based on company criteria
Future Growth Opportunities: Negotiate deals and close land acquisitions.
Experience: Preferably 2+ years of experience as a VA, calling leads, and real estate industry. Not required but preferred.
Required Experience & Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience with CRM systems and data management
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to build trust and relationships quickly in a professional setting
