VA Manager/Entrepreneur (AI-Driven, Social Media, & Wix Expertise)

We are a growing virtual assistant agency specializing in social media management, content creation, lead generation, and basic website building on Wix. We leverage AI (primarily ChatGPT) to streamline workflows and deliver exceptional results to our clients. We are looking for a hands-on VA Manager to lead, train, and scale our remote team—while keeping the business owner as hands-off as possible. *Read the entire job post. Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Hiring

Recruit, onboard, and train new VAs (Lead Gen, Content Creation, Admin, Web Support).
Manage daily operations and performance metrics.
Conduct regular check-ins and solve any team-related challenges.
AI Implementation. *****Seeking someone that can create and lead a team successfully from startup to finish. We will pay for the tools and team needed to create a successful business but you have to have the know how and work ethic to make it happen.

Use ChatGPT (or similar) to optimize content creation, outreach scripts, and client onboarding processes.
Train VAs on effective AI prompt usage and quality control.
Wix Website Building & Oversight

Oversee simple Wix-based website projects for our clients.
Coordinate with Content VAs and any dedicated Wix VAs to ensure timely, on-brand site launches.
Social Media & Lead Gen Management

Ensure VAs consistently meet outreach quotas and maintain brand guidelines for social posts.
Monitor lead generation efforts in the CRM and optimize scripts/campaigns.
Reporting & Client Satisfaction

Provide the owner with weekly summaries (key metrics, new clients, major updates).
Address client inquiries or escalate major issues to the owner when necessary.
Scaling & Process Improvement

Identify new opportunities (paid ads, email marketing) and present them to the owner for approval.
Refine SOPs and workflows for maximum efficiency and growth.
Requirements:
Proven Experience Managing Remote Teams

At least 1 year in a leadership or management role with virtual assistants.
Track record of hiring, training, and performance oversight.
AI & ChatGPT Proficiency

Comfortable creating prompts, refining AI-generated content, and teaching others to do the same.
Familiar with quality control for AI outputs.
Wix Website Building Experience

Confident working with Wix templates, brand customization, and basic SEO settings.
Able to supervise site projects for clients needing simple or intermediate website solutions.
Social Media & Lead Generation Knowledge

Understands scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite), outreach strategies, and CRM basics.
Able to manage content calendars and lead pipelines.
Excellent Communication & Organization

Fluent English (written & spoken).
Skilled in project management tools (Trello, Asana, or ClickUp).
Availability & Time Commitment

Full-time or near full-time, depending on growth.
Willing to adapt to changing priorities and take initiative.
