VA FOR BRAND & WEB DESIGNER

What We’re Looking For
We need a flexible, creative, responsible, and tech-savvy VA who can support our ongoing projects (web design projects + social media management). The weekly workload may vary based on project peaks and off-peak periods.

Key Responsibilities
Shopify Support
Basic page and store design customization
Product uploading, editing, and organization
(Bonus) Familiarity with Shopify marketing automation tools

Squarespace Support
Basic website edits and design updates
Backend SEO setup (page titles, meta descriptions, redirects)

SEO Tasks
Adding alt tags to images in Shopify & Squarespace
Implementing basic on-page SEO best practices

Graphic Design & Social Media
Designing Instagram posts and stories using Canva Premium
Assisting with content creation for clients’ social channels
(Bonus) Experience in logo design and brand deck creation
(Bonus) Strong understanding and use of ChatGPT to improve workflow, content ideation, and prompt generation

Additional Duties
Various admin tasks (e.g., research, scheduling, communication)
Collaborating on a variety of client projects, adapting to changing needs

Qualifications
Proven experience with Shopify, Squarespace, and Canva
Good eye for design and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to varying workloads and project timelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
(Bonus) Additional skills in branding, logo design, or digital marketing
