We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and qualifying daily incoming leads, updating and maintaining our CRM system, and scheduling appointments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude to grow with our company.
Key Responsibilities
Calling Warm Leads:
Contact incoming warm leads daily to qualify their interest.
Update lead details and relevant information in our CRM system (Go High Level).
Schedule appointments for our sales team.
CRM and
Clean up incoming leads in our
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system.
Follow-Ups:
Reconnect with leads who missed their appointments and reschedule them.
Administrative Tasks:
Assist with basic admin duties related to lead management.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must have:
Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English.
Communication Skills: A high degree of confidence and professionalism on calls.
Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
Technical Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet connection for seamless VOIP-based calls.
A high-quality microphone for clear audio communication.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work during UK hours (10:00 AM – 11:00 AM).
Availability for an immediate start and flexibility to work additional hours initially.
Training and Support
We use Go High Level as our CRM system, and full training will be provided.
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate.
Performance Bonus: $20 USD for every lead you schedule that converts into a confirmed sale. (Note: You are not required to sell; our sales team handles all sales activities.)
