Job Title: E-Commerce VA (Full-Time) with Shopify & Photoshop Experience

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Virtual Assistant (FEMALE) to manage the online operations for our client in the e-commerce sector.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing.
Edit and enhance product images using Photoshop to maintain a professional and visually appealing online store.
Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Optimize product descriptions and images to improve conversions and user experience.
Coordinate with suppliers and handle order fulfillment processes efficiently.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Shopify (managing product listings, collections, settings, and integrations).
Experience with Photoshop (intermediate photo editing for e-commerce visuals).
Good Command of English communication skills (written and spoken).
Proven experience in an e-commerce business environment.
Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
