Urgent Hire: Senior Property Manager with MarketMySTR Experience

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team! If you bring a proven track record in property management, exceptional leadership abilities, expertise in MarketMySTR, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service, we’d love to connect with you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing day-to-day property operations, keeping tenants happy, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Handling repairs and maintenance to keep things in top shape.
Building strong relationships with tenants and taking care of their needs.
Helping with leasing, property tours, and marketing to bring in awesome tenants.
Managing budgets, rent collections, and other financial tasks related to the property.
Bonus if you're familiar with Appfolio and/or Buildum!

What We’re Looking For:
? Proven experience in property management (this is a must!).
? Hands-on experience with MarketMySTR or familiarity with the platform.
? Strong communication skills for working with tenants, contractors, and the team.
? Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks.
? Detail-oriented to ensure properties are well-maintained.
