What You'll Do:

Manage daily property operations, ensuring tenants are happy and properties are well-maintained.
-Coordinate repairs and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
-Build strong relationships with tenants and respond to their needs promptly.
-Assist with leasing, property showings, and marketing to attract quality tenants.
-Handle budgets, rent payments, and other financial tasks related to property management.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in property management is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with tenants, contractors, and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure properties are well-maintained and in excellent condition.
