Are you an experienced cold caller in the real estate field? We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to become part of our vibrant team and assist our US-based real estate clients!

What We Provide:
Competitive hourly wage: $5–$7/hour (depending on experience)
Permanent remote position

Key Duties:
Make outbound cold calls to leads in the real estate industry
Qualify leads and maintain CRM systems
Follow up with potential clients to cultivate leads
Use real estate tools such as Podio, Mojo, CallTools, or similar software

Ideal Candidate:
Demonstrated experience in real estate cold calling
Experience with real estate tools/software (e.g., Podio, Mojo, CallTools, Ready mode)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Requirements:
• A reliable high-speed laptop or desktop computer.
• DSL Internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps (speed test required).
• Noise-cancelling headset.
• A dedicated home office in a quiet environment.
• Consistent internet and power supply with no interruptions.
