Unreal Engine 5: Boat Throttle Key (WS) setup $100

Modify how the throttle (WS) keys operate. Currently when you push W the “Throttle” is 100% and the boat accelerates to full speed over about 10 seconds. If/when you let go the throttle goes to 0 and the boat stops. This is not how it works on a real boat where the throttle holds whatever position it’s put in. What we want is for the throttle position to be a slider variable that increases with W and decreases with S but holds its position when released.
