UX Support Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative UX Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves collaborating with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure seamless execution of sitemaps, wireframes, and content layouts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles, a keen ability to balance business objectives with user needs, and a detail-oriented approach to translating strategies into functional and visually appealing layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the creation, review, and maintenance of website sitemaps to ensure intuitive navigation and user flows that align with both user expectations and business goals.
*Develop and refine wireframes to visualize content structure and layout for websites, applications, and other digital products.
Collaborate with content teams to integrate copy into layouts, ensuring optimal readability, usability, and alignment with UX/UI best practices.
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective UX solutions.
* Analyze client/user feedback to ensure designs address user pain points and improve overall satisfaction.
* Collaborate with UX/UI designers to maintain design consistency, accessibility standards, and usability principles across all layouts.
* Evaluate and balance competing priorities, ensuring content layouts meet user expectations while achieving business objectives.
* Ensure content placement aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the overall user experience.
* Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented during the development phase.
* Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design, content layout, and user research.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in UX design, wireframing, or a related role.
* Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them to meet business goals.
* Basic understanding of web development principles (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design practices.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
