Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Annual Report Preparation: Prepare and submit US annual reports for corporations and LLCs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Compliance and Audits: Assist in preparing for audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Client Support: Provide financial guidance and support to clients as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting team to ensure seamless financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a BPO Industry.
- Experience in preparing and submitting US annual reports for corporations and LLCs is REQUIRED.
- Certifications: Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks Certified User (QBCU) certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
