Qualifications:
-At least 1 year of customer service experience.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Familiarity with Shopify/Amazon, customer service helpdesks, and communication tools.
-Reliable internet connection and a working PC.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
