URGENT HIRING! AFFILIATE MARKETING VA - shifting schedule

We are an established advertising company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team remotely on a part-time basis. This work-from-home opportunity who is tech savvy, has strong English communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in affiliate marketing or related fields will be considered an advantage. Successful candidates may be offered an opportunity to increase their hours based on performance and operational requirements.

- Need to use Telegram and respond fast on it
- Need to use AnyDesk
- Need to be fluent in english, speaking and typing
- Need to use Windows
- Need fast internet
- Need two monitors

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor website traffic and analytics.
Achieve performance targets as outlined.
Conduct fraud audits utilizing CRM tools.
Duplicate product pages and manage website content via CMS.

Additional duties and responsibilities will be communicated during training.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Work Setup: A reliable work-from-home environment.
System Requirements: Proficient in using Windows OS, with access to dual monitors.
Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, a strong understanding of technology, and excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience: Previous experience in affiliate marketing or similar roles is highly desirable.
Internet Requirements: A stable and fast internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 100 Mbps.

Work Hours Post-Training: 5 days full 8 hours with 2 shifts
FRI SAT SUN 1am to 9am PST
MON TUES 5pm to 1am PST

with the potential for increased hours based on performance and company needs.

Additional Qualities: Strong attention to detail and exceptional observational skills are essential for success in this role.

Compensation:
During Training:
$4 per hour for the first 2 weeks (probationary training period)
$4 per hour for the first 4 weeks of live (probationary period)


Post-Training: $5 per hour after successful completion of the probationary period.

Salary may increase depending on your performance.
