Key Responsibilities:
• Design and refine user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals.
• Ensure consistency in branding, visual language, and design principles.
• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user interface and experience design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Ability to analyze user feedback and translate it into design improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
