UIUX Designer

Come aboard our creative team at Penji as a UI/UX Designer and enhance projects demanding advanced artistic and technical expertise. This full-time role allows you to work from home with set hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine Time, which includes a lunch break.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team leaders and project coordinators to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Design user interfaces and experiences that align with client expectations and project goals.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to refine UI/UX designs.
• Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members throughout the design process.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and techniques.
• Ability to accept constructive criticism and adjust projects as needed.
• Patient and empathetic when interacting with clients.
• Excellent comprehension skills to effectively understand client briefs.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop) and problem-solving abilities.
