Key Responsibilities:
-Design high-quality graphics, branding materials, and UI/UX layouts for digital and print.
-Develop engaging marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
-Refine UI/UX designs for websites and mobile interfaces, ensuring seamless user experience.
-Work closely with marketing and product teams to maintain brand consistency.
-Collaborate with developers to bring design concepts to life in web and mobile applications.
-Optimize graphics and layouts for different devices and platforms.
-Stay updated on design trends and UI/UX best practices to enhance user engagement.


Required Qualifications:
-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Figma (must-have skills).
-Experience in UI/UX design (wireframing, prototyping, and user flows).
-Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and brand identity design.
-Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (for basic motion graphics/video editing).
-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development (a plus, but not required).
-Background in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or health & wellness branding.
-Familiarity with A/B testing for conversion optimization in digital design.
