JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and strategic UGC Outreach and Partnership Specialist to join our e-commerce brand. In this role, you will play a vital part in identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with UGC creators who align with our brand’s vision and customer base. Your primary goal will be to source authentic and impactful content that enhances our marketing campaigns, boosts engagement, and builds trust with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Creator Research & Identification:
- Scout potential UGC creators on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant social media channels.
- Assess creators based on content quality, engagement rates, audience demographics, and alignment with the brand’s identity and goals.

2) Outreach & Relationship Building:
- Initiate contact with creators through social media, email, or other channels to introduce the brand and pitch collaboration opportunities.
- Foster positive, ongoing relationships with creators, serving as their primary point of contact.

3) Deal Negotiation & Closing:
- Negotiate collaboration terms, including compensation, content deliverables, deadlines, and usage rights for the brand.
- Ensure agreements are fair, clear, and beneficial for both the brand and the creators.

4) Partnership Management:
- Oversee the entire collaboration process, from initial outreach to final content delivery.
- Ensure creators meet deadlines and deliver content that meets the brand’s quality standards.

5) Contract Oversight:
- Manage the administrative aspects of partnerships, including drafting or reviewing contracts to secure proper content usage rights.

6) Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate UGC into campaigns, social media, and other promotional efforts.
- Share insights on creator trends to refine the brand’s content strategy.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
-> Experience:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media outreach, or a related field, with a focus on UGC or creator partnerships.
- Understanding of how UGC supports e-commerce marketing goals.

-> Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outreach, relationship management, and negotiations.

-> Research & Analysis:
- Strong ability to research and identify creators who match the brand’s target audience.
- Familiarity with social media metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower insights) to evaluate creator suitability.

-> Negotiation:
- Solid negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for the brand and creators alike.

-> Organization:
- Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple creator projects and deadlines effectively.

-> Legal Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of contracts and intellectual property rights related to content usage (experience with contracts is a bonus).

-> Creativity:
- A creative mindset to spot unique creators and opportunities that bring fresh ideas to the brand.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous work with e-commerce brands or in a similar industry.
- Knowledge of social media platform algorithms and content performance trends.
- An existing network of creators or influencers in relevant niches.
