UGC Creators Outreach and Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented UGC Outreacher to help us scale our creator affiliate program. If you enjoy browsing social media, discovering influencers, and managing creator relationships — this could be the perfect role for you.

???? Role Responsibilities:

Discover & Source Creators:
Research and compile a daily list of content creators (mainly women aged 40+, fashion/lifestyle niche) from platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter), using manual search or influencer discovery tools.

Manage Outreach:
Upload and manage contact lists via Instantly.ai and send out daily outreach campaigns (minimum 10 new leads/day).
Monitor responses, follow up, and help creators complete enrollment.

Support Onboarding:
Assist creators in the setup process, answer any questions they have, and solve minor issues that arise during enrollment or collaboration.

Coordinate Product Shipments:
Place product orders for each new creator, selecting from bestsellers and following current internal guidelines. Send 2 products per creator to kick off the partnership.

Performance Tracking & Relationship Management:
Monitor each creator’s performance via Social Snowball, identifying top performers. Maintain relationships, engage with creators, and send new products every 1–2 weeks to the best ones.

Data Entry & List Management:
Consistently update the creator database, keeping it organized and up to date with all relevant information and notes.

? What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Comfortable using spreadsheets, email outreach tools, and basic performance tracking software

Good communication skills (written English)

Self-motivated and reliable — able to meet daily goals independently

$4/hour

Part-time, remote, flexible hours

Daily check-ins and consistent progress expected
