Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive UGC Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle administrative tasks, coordinate with our marketing team and UGC creators, and assist in managing outreach efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating content requests, deliverables, and deadlines with UGC creators.
- Communicating updates and progress with the marketing team.
- Tracking and organizing UGC submissions for campaigns and projects.
- Assisting in outreach to new creators and maintaining creator relationships.
- Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

Requirements:

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends is a plus.
