UAE Based Marketing Agency

Brand new marketing agency looking to recruit a rockstar virtual assistant. Will be working closely with the founder to build the agency from the ground up. Plenty of room for advancement and long-term employment if you’re competent, hard-working and efficient.
Looking for people who value teamwork, focus and efficiency.

Working hours: Dubai (UAE) time- Must be willing to work during Dubai time until late evenings.

Skills required:
- Excellent English is a MUST (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Google sheets
- Knowledge of Gmail
- Knowledge on how to deal with warm leads
- Understanding basic lead nurturing processes
- Flexibility with working time and hours

Technical requirements:
- Laptop/Computer with 64 bit processor (windows or mac)
- Fast and reliable internet connection

Required personal attributes:
- Strong work ethic
- Focus and efficiency
- Great English skills

We are looking for someone flexible and willing to learn and do different sorts of tasks from reaching out to prospects, building out SOPs, handling the company's social media, creating content using video editing tools and AI, client communication and much more. Previous experience will be considered but you should be flexible and willing to learn and take responsibility for your work. You should be willing to go the extra mile, come up with your ideas, collaborate and support this firm from the ground up.
