Twitter Virtual Assistant

Job Role Overview: We are looking for 2 reliable and creative Twitter VA to help grow the account's presence on Twitter. Your main responsibility will be engaging with high-view tweets across multiple Twitter accounts.

Content and strategy will be provided, so your focus will be on creating engaging responses and interacting with the c0mmunity to boost impressions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple accounts to respond to popular posts.
Monitor notifications and feeds to identify trending c0ntent.
Balance both the volume and quality of responses to maximize visibility.
Strive to meet daily KPIs related to replies and impressions.

Show respect for the role and the manager.
Complete tasks thoroughly and to the highest standard.
Focus on both quality and quantity in responses, ensuring daily goals are met.

Compensation and Work Hours
Pay: $2 per hour.
Hours: 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, with flexibility to work 6 days if needed.
Bonuses: Based on performance and results.

Payment Schedule:
Week 1: A review will be conducted, and payment for the first week will be made.
Ongoing: Bi-weekly payments via preferred methods such as Wise, Crypto, GCash, etc.
