Our Truck Operations Specialist will track , schedule and control cost on all maintenance of parts and service of our fleet of vehicles based in the US. This involves ability to contact via email or phone vendors to confirm scheduling availability, turnaround times and costs. All maintenance costs and items are to be entered into our maintenance tracking system and Google Sheets resulting in a monthly maintenance report and a list of weekly scheduled and costed repairs to be done per truck. Our Specialist will be working mainly on back office tasks, making sure our business runs smoothly. Some communication and customer service work may be required with our service vendors in the US.

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year experience in the following:
1. Truck repair and service management
2. Maintenance and truck records management
3. Scheduling and timely service and repair completion
4. Estimate, quote and on budget experience
5. Able to communicate with service vendors in the US
6. Mechanical repair experience

Other Skills
Very detailed oriented while multi tasking
Focused on timely, on budget completion of service
Experience working with US vendors
Fluent in English / Natural accent
Have polished phone skills / clear and concise email skills
Google Suite Savvy
Excellent computer learner - fast learner on new systems
Good work attendance and work performance
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Pacific Time
Saturday: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM US Pacific Time
