Trend-Following Trader

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Trend-Following Trader who excels at identifying and entering trends at an early stage across forex, stocks, or crypto markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistent profitability, strong risk management skills, and the ability to capitalise on momentum while protecting against market reversals.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse financial markets to identify early-stage trends using technical and fundamental analysis.
Execute trades in line with a trend-following strategy, focusing on high-probability setups.
Maintain strict risk management practices, ensuring all trades have defined stop-loss levels.
Adapt quickly to changing market conditions while staying aligned with the broader trend.
Document and review trade performance to identify areas for optimisation.
Collaborate with a small team to share insights, strategies, and market opportunities.

Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in trend-following trading across forex, stocks, or crypto markets.
Strong understanding of technical analysis, including moving averages, trendlines, and momentum indicators.
Ability to identify key support and resistance levels, entry points, and exit strategies.
Exceptional risk management skills, maintaining a focus on a favourable risk-to-reward ratio.
Proven track record of profitability over a sustained period.
Familiarity with trading platforms and tools such as MetaTrader, TradingView, or similar.
Availability to trade during key market hours (e.g., London or New York sessions).

Desirable Skills:
Experience using trend-following systems like Donchian Channels, Ichimoku Cloud, or ADX.
Knowledge of price action and market structure.
Strong data analysis skills to improve strategy performance.
