A luxury travel company is seeking a knowledgeable, proactive, and customer-focused Travel Support Representative with exceptional problem-solving skills to handle client bookings, itinerary adjustments, and travel-related inquiries. This role requires someone who can ensure a smooth, stress-free travel experience by delivering outstanding customer service and resolving issues efficiently.

*Willing to work on the night shift
*Work hours: 40 hrs/week, US time (EST)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with travel bookings, itinerary adjustments, cancellations, and special requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve travel-related issues, including last-minute changes, disruptions, and emergency assistance.
- Utilize travel booking platforms and CRM tools efficiently to manage reservations and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues, report recurring concerns, and improve service quality.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, specifically in travel support.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
-Proficiency in travel booking platforms, CRM tools, and troubleshooting travel-related issues.
- In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, accommodations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work night shifts, multitask effectively, and maintain a proactive, customer-first attitude.
