JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to manage and oversee all administrative aspects of real estate transactions. This role ensures a seamless process from contract signing to closing, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Transaction Oversight: Manage the administrative processes for home and land seller transactions, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Client Communication: Provide weekly email updates summarizing transaction progress, upcoming deadlines, and key milestones to keep agents and clients informed.
• Document Management: Assist acquisition representatives, clients, and stakeholders with document preparation and completion, including escrow paperwork, appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
• Accuracy and Compliance: Carefully review documents for accuracy, ensuring proper signatures, initials, and dates are present to maintain a seamless transaction flow.
• Inspection Coordination: Schedule inspections, facilitate repair negotiations, and address any related issues as needed.
• Event Coordination: Plan and manage events related to the closing process, such as moving schedules and final walkthroughs.
• Data Management: Enter client and transaction details into database systems, ensure file compliance, and monitor transaction activity for accuracy and completion.
• Addendums and Extensions: Ensure all necessary addendums are included and coordinate extensions when required.
• Escrow and Title Processes: Open escrow or title files, update title searches, and act as the primary liaison between all parties involved.
• Document Distribution: Ensure timely distribution of all necessary documents to relevant parties.
• Closing Day Support: Coordinate with escrow or title companies on closing day, send reminders for lockbox removal, and collect seller’s forwarding address.

• Experience with real estate transactions, escrow, or title processes preferred
