Trademark Law - Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Virtual Paralegal with experience in Trademark Law to join a well-regarded US-based law firm on a part-time basis, and the role could transition to a full time basis if successful.

Job Description:
- Has exposure with handling Trademark law cases in a US Law Firm.
- Manage and organize trademark cases, ensuring all documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
- Prepare and draft routine legal documents related to trademark applications, renewals, and enforcement actions.
- Assist attorneys with the discovery process by gathering, reviewing, and organizing evidence and documentation.
- Thoroughly review case files to identify and compile all relevant letters and emails from witnesses, ensuring that all communications are documented.
- Maintain organized case files and keep the docket updated to track all deadlines and tasks accurately.
- Maintains client confidentiality.


Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Paralegal in a law office or legal environment in a US Law Firm.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and attorneys
- Knowledge of Trademark Law is required.

Working Conditions:
- Candidates would be willing to work 20 hours per week.
- Successful hire will start within the next two weeks.
