We are looking for a Timesheet & Payroll Specialist to join our team and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely timesheet processing for our travel healthcare professionals.

Job Overview

As a Timesheet & Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing weekly timesheets, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain compliance and resolve timesheet-related inquiries efficiently. Experience with Bullhorn One or Bullhorn Time & Expense (PeopleNet) is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Timesheet Management – Collect, verify, and process weekly timesheets submitted by healthcare staff.
Timesheet Audits – Cross-check timesheet data for discrepancies, missing information, or errors before submission.
Candidate Communication – Follow up with clinicians regarding missing timesheets or corrections needed for accurate processing.
Compliance & Documentation – Maintain accurate records of timesheets, pay adjustments, and compliance documentation.
Liaison with Finance & Recruiters – Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless timesheet operations.

Who We're Looking For

Experience with Bullhorn One or Bullhorn Time & Expense (PeopleNet) is strongly preferred.
Previous experience in timesheet processing or payroll administration (preferably in staffing, recruitment, or healthcare industries).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Experience handling high-volume timesheets is a plus.
