We are looking for a detail-oriented Timesheet Auditor / Payroll Manager to oversee and manage our team’s activity through our time-tracking software. This role ensures that all tracked hours are accurate, compliant, and reflect actual work performed. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying inconsistencies, correcting errors, and supporting teams with their time tracking needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor employee activity through time-tracking software to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Identify discrepancies, such as employees staying on the same screen for extended periods or failing to track time properly.
Audit timesheets regularly to detect any manual adjustments or inconsistencies.
Work closely with managers to review and approve timesheet adjustments when necessary.
Update time trackers as needed after managerial approval.
Provide reports on team productivity and any flagged time-tracking issues.
Ensure payroll accuracy by verifying that recorded work hours align with actual tasks performed.
Communicate with employees to address and resolve any time-tracking issues or concerns.
