TikTok Live Moderator & Scheduling Coordinator

Location: Remote (Work from Home), Philippines
Schedule: Full-time, U.S. business hours (Eastern or Pacific Time) & TikTok Live sessions

Position Overview

310 Nutrition is looking for a TikTok Live Moderator & Scheduling Coordinator to manage live-selling events, ensuring smooth operations and audience engagement. You’ll use tools like ClickUp and Slack to collaborate with our U.S.-based corporate office and global team. This role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and a passion for social media.

Key Responsibilities:

TikTok Live Moderation:
Monitor & manage live chat to create a safe, engaging environment.
Pin/unpin products, manage flash sale pricing, and ensure accuracy in TikTok Shop.
Remove spam, handle trolls, and enforce brand guidelines.
Relay important questions or technical issues in real-time via Slack.

Scheduling & Coordination:
Manage calendars, setting TikTok Live dates/times and tracking tasks in ClickUp.
Ensure hosts/creators have scripts, FAQs, and discount codes.
Collaborate with marketing and creator teams for alignment.

Pre-Live Preparation:
Verify product listings, discount codes, and pinned details.
Assist in refining talking points and maintaining brand consistency.
Troubleshoot technical issues via Slack.

Post-Live Reporting & Feedback:
Compile metrics on viewership, orders, and engagement.
Summarize highlights, challenges, and improvement suggestions.
Update ClickUp tasks and provide final post-live documentation.

Additional Responsibilities:

Research TikTok trends and propose new content ideas.
Ensure live interactions align with 310 Nutrition’s brand voice.
Monitor product inventory and coordinate with fulfillment teams.
Provide audience insights and improve future live-stream strategies.
Engage with TikTok comments and direct messages.
Train new creators on best practices and expectations.
Coordinate TikTok Live promotions across social platforms.

Qualifications:

Experience & Knowledge in social media moderation, community management, or live-stream coordination.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop and e-commerce workflows.
Prior use of ClickUp, Slack, or similar tools.
Technical & Organizational Skills
Ability to troubleshoot live-stream issues quickly.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events.
Communication & Soft Skills
Excellent written and spoken English.
Comfortable collaborating across different time zones.
Ability to adapt under pressure during live sessions.

Schedule & Availability:

Willing to work U.S. hours and occasional weekends/evenings.
Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace.
